Metronome is a leading usage-based billing platform for modern software companies. We ensure customers implement Metronome quickly, delivering value across the lifecycle from pre-deployment to handoff. You will influence pricing and packaging strategy with prospects.

We seek a senior solutions architect with deep GTM experience and strong technical storytelling to guide customers and collaborate with Sales, Product, and R&D. Expect high autonomy and impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical and/or customer-facing SaaS roles (e.g., solution architect, sales engineer, TAM).
• Deep knowledge of quote-to-cash and integration with Salesforce, NetSuite, CPQs, Billing, Tax, Payments.

Responsibilities

• Understand client billing, pricing, and packaging challenges through discovery and scoping.
• Lead multi-phase tech transformation programs for enterprise clients.
• Design integrations between client systems and Metronome APIs to fit best practices.
