M&G is seeking a Solution Designer to shape technology solutions for Corporate Functions, spanning Finance, Risk, HR, Legal, and Workplace Solutions. You will translate business needs into clear, robust designs aligned with enterprise architecture, security standards, and strategic objectives, working with delivery teams throughout the lifecycle.

Key focus includes end-to-end solution design for complex environments, stakeholder engagement, and governance within a flexible, inclusive culture

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing Finance & Data Technology Architecture.
• Able to translate business needs into robust solution designs.
• Experience in enterprise environments with security, resilience, and regulatory considerations.

• Produce designs covering functional, non-functional, integration, data and security aspects.
