M&G is seeking a Solution Designer to shape technology solutions across Corporate Functions. You will translate business needs into robust designs, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, security and governance while collaborating with architects, engineers and business stakeholders.

The role requires strong end-to-end design experience in complex environments and excellent communication to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Experience designing technology solutions in complex corporate environments.
• End-to-end solution design including applications, integrations and data.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience within structured delivery and governance frameworks.
• Awareness of security, resilience and regulatory considerations for corporate systems.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Translate business needs into clear solution designs for Corporate Functions.
• Produce high-quality designs covering functional, non‑functional, integration, data and security aspects.
• Align designs with enterprise architecture standards, strategy and governance.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, analysts and delivery teams through the lifecycle.
• Identify risks, dependencies and mitigations and provide evidence-based recommendations.
• Support delivery teams during implementation to maintain design integrity.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of design practices, patterns and standards.
