Job Description:

Hawksworth is recruiting for a Solution Architect with experience in the Customer Service Line for a large organization. This role involves working with an architecture team that collaborates closely with Customer Focused Engineering product teams. Responsibilities include defining and delivering technology roadmaps and solution architectures to ensure successful implementation.

• Position: Permanent
• Location: Stevenage (or London/Bristol options)
• Hybrid working: minimum once a month in the office
• Salary: £75k - £110k + up to 18% bonus + pension and other benefits
• Client: A global Financial Services company (Financial Services background highly desirable)

Required skills and experience:

• Experience as a Solution Architect in medium to large organizations
• Background in Agile, product-centric technology development, and digital-focused solution architecture with customer-centric functions
• End-to-end solution architecture covering design, modeling, coding frameworks, integrations, and operational ownership
• Expertise in Salesforce, preferably Financial Services Cloud
• Experience enabling CRM within complex application ecosystems
• Customer Journey experience
