Shakespeare Martineau is seeking a talented Solicitor, Associate or Senior Associate (3-8 PQE) to join our Residential Development team in a hybrid role with two days in the Birmingham, Leicester or Milton Keynes office.
You will advise on strategic land matters, manage site acquisitions and disposals, and support large-scale residential projects while building strong client relationships and contributing to business development.
