Job summary

Shakespeare Martineau is seeking a talented Solicitor, Associate or Senior Associate (3-8 PQE) to join our Residential Development team in a hybrid role with two days in the Birmingham, Leicester or Milton Keynes office.

You will advise on strategic land matters, manage site acquisitions and disposals, and support large-scale residential projects while building strong client relationships and contributing to business development.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years' PQE within Real Estate.
• Strong Residential Development experience.
• Experience acting for housebuilders on acquisitions and development transactions.
• Strategic Land experience, including promotion and option agreements.
• Ability to manage matters with increasing autonomy.
• Commercial and client-focused approach.

Responsibilities
