Associate / Senior Associate - Agricultural & Rural Property

Location: Bath

A highly regarded Legal 500 ranked regional firm is looking for an Associate or Senior Associate to join its Tier 1 Agricultural & Rural Property team. This is a standout opportunity to work closely with leading Partners in Bath, taking on high quality work and playing a key role in the team's ambitious growth plans.

Responsibilities
  • Sale and purchase transactions, strategic land development and secured lending
  • Advising farmers, landowners and agri businesses on rural property matters
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service

You’ll have the autonomy to manage your own varied caseload, including the above responsibilities. While the role is based in Bath, you’ll also collaborate with colleagues across other offices, giving you exposure to a wide range of clients and matters. For Senior Associates, this is a genuine pathway towards Partnership.

About you
  • Qualified solicitor with ideally 4+ years’ PQE
  • Strong background in agricultural and rural property work
