Chadwick Nott are delighted to partner with a Top 100 UK law firm to recruit a Commercial Litigation Solicitor in Bristol. The role offers exposure to a broad range of disputes and a supportive environment to build your career.

You will manage your own caseload (1-3 PQE ideal) while supporting senior lawyers on larger matters, handling contract and commercial disputes, professional negligence, banking disputes, IP, and more.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with ideally 1-3 years' PQE in Commercial Litigation
• Strong academic background
• Experience running your own litigation matters with appropriate supervision
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and client management skills
• Commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to problem solving
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ambitious and motivated to build a long-term career within commercial disputes
• Team-oriented whilst capable of working independently and taking initiative
• An interest in networking and business development activities

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor (ideally 1-3 PQE) to join a thriving and highly respected disputes team in Bristol. Working alongside recognised Partners and experts in their field, you'll gain exposure to a broad range of quality commercial disputes work while building your career within a collaborative and supportive environment.

The team is well-established and continues to be recognised for its expertise across a wide range of sectors, acting for commercial clients ranging from SMEs through to larger corporate organisations. The Role
