Rexel Group in the UK is seeking a proactive Renewables Solutions Designer to support the branch network in growing PV and Solar sales with technical BOMs and product guidance. This hands-on role requires collaboration with branches to identify optimal PV, battery storage, mounting, and inverter solutions while ensuring compliance with current regulations and Rexel-approved offerings.

You will stay ahead of market developments and translate customer needs into practical, profitable product

Formación

• Strong knowledge of PV, battery storage and renewables.
• Ability to create accurate, commercially viable BOMs.
• Understanding of solar system architecture and applications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Translate customer requirements into product solutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and supplier config tools.
• Manage multiple requests and priorities effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Produce PV and Solar BOMs and quotations for branch teams and customers.
• Provide technical guidance on product selection, system components, and renewable energy solutions.
• Assist with identifying suitable PV, battery storage, mounting, inverter, and associated product solutions.
• Ensure recommendations align with current regulations, manufacturer requirements, and Rexel-approved product offerings.
• Assist branches with customer opportunities requiring technical product expertise.
• Maintain awareness of emerging technologies, legislation, and market developments within the renewables sector.
