Job summary

ARM is recruiting for a Technical Account Manager to oversee national portfolios of commercial solar PV systems, acting as the main client contact for technical and operational queries. You will coordinate performance reporting, remediation works and stakeholder meetings to ensure clear visibility of asset performance.

The role is hybrid, with office presence required—primarily in Oxfordshire or Norfolk—plus regular site visits and UK-wide portfolio management.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing account management or technical support is essential.
• Good understanding of solar PV installations and performance reporting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with national commercial solar PV clients.
• Be the primary contact for technical and operational queries.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders.
• Lead client review meetings and present technical information clearly.
• Produce and quality-check generation and performance reports.
• Monitor system performance and investigate underperformance.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations and contractors for remedial works.
• Keep clients updated on faults, repairs, timescales and outcomes.
• Manage day-to-day operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet SLAs and contracts.
• Escalate recurring issues and support root-cause investigations.
• Support contract reviews and renewals with technical input.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting and service delivery.
