Job summary

Advanced Resource Managers Ltd is recruiting a Technical Account Manager for a hybrid role covering national commercial solar PV portfolios. You will be the primary client contact, coordinating performance reports, technical/operational queries and remedial works.

The role focuses on coordinating with engineering teams and contractors, managing client reviews, and ensuring SLAs and contractual commitments are met. A UK driving licence is required for site visits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing account management, technical support or operations role.
• Understanding of solar PV systems and electrical/engineering concepts.
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organisation and time-management skills; able to manage multiple clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with a portfolio of national commercial solar PV clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for technical and operational queries.
• Coordinate performance reporting, remedial works and contractor management.
• Lead client review meetings and present technical/operational information clearly.
• Monitor system performance and investigate underperformance.
• Escalate issues and contribute to root-cause investigations.
• Support contract reviews and renewals with technical input.
