Energy Jobline CVL is recruiting for an Installation Manager - Solar in Oxford. The role leads residential solar and battery installations, progressing projects from scheduling to completion while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

We offer leadership training, progression opportunities as the company grows, and a clear route to HQ-level roles. The position is Oxford-based with travel across the South East and a fast-paced, flexible work environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified electrician with solar installation experience
• Willing to move off tools into a management role
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Commutable to Oxford and able to travel across the South East

Responsibilities

• Manage residential solar and battery installations from scheduling through to completion
• Collaborate with customers, installation partners and internal teams
• Receive full leadership and management training to support transition into management
• Enable genuine progression with site visits to the South East and HQ involvement
