Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking an Installation Manager for solar and battery installations in Oxford. The role focuses on taking projects from scheduling to completion while leading a team and maintaining excellent customer relations.

The ideal candidate is a qualified electrician with solar experience, ready to step into management. The position involves travel across the South East and a clear path to progression within a growing renewables business.

Qualifications

• Qualified electrician with hands-on solar installation experience.
• Ready to move into a management role from the field.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Commutable to Oxford and able to travel to the South East.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential solar and battery installations from scheduling to completion.
• Coordinate with customers, installation partners, and internal teams.
• Provide leadership and management training.
• Drive progression as the business grows, with face time with the owner and HQ opportunities.
• Based in Oxford with 5 days a week site travel across the South East.
