Job summary

Green Recruitment Company in Oxford is seeking an experienced Installation Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of residential solar and battery installation projects. You will ensure installations are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will coordinate installers, subcontractors, logistics, and internal teams through the full installation lifecycle, driving compliance, documentation, and customer handovers to achieve

Qualifications

• Qualified Electrician background or equivalent.
• Experience managing residential installations, field operations, or project delivery.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Customer-focused approach and problem-solving mindset.
• Experience with health & safety and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of residential solar and battery installation projects.
• Coordinate installers, subcontractors, logistics providers, and internal teams throughout the installation lifecycle.
• Review site requirements, BOMs, and installation scope to ensure readiness.
• Support field teams in resolving installation challenges and ensure quality, safety, and compliance.
• Act as primary customer contact and manage communications, timelines, and handovers.
