Job summary

Accelerated People Management is recruiting for an Electrical Manager (Solar PV) in Cardiff. You will lead the Renewables department, oversee engineers, installers and subcontractors, and drive successful project delivery from planning through to handover.

The role offers progression within a growing renewable energy business and a chance to shape the future of the solar division while coordinating resources and ensuring high-quality outputs.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Strong technical understanding of Solar PV systems and the full installation process.
• Experience managing engineers, subcontractors and multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Managing the Renewables department, including overseeing engineers, installers and subcontractors.
• Managing the delivery of multiple Solar projects from planning through to completion and handover.
• Planning engineer schedules, resources, materials and project requirements to ensure efficient delivery.
• Providing technical and operational leadership whilst managing project performance, quality and customer expectations.
