Solar Electrician Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Solar Electrician to join our team, working on a variety of commercial, industrial, and domestic solar and battery storage projects. You will be involved in delivering high-quality electrical installations on sites such as schools, churches, hotels, showrooms, and 3G football pitches. The role also includes general electrical works such as rewires, maintenance, and LED lighting upgrades. This is a field-based role covering North and South East Anglia, with regular travel to project sites required.

Solar Electrician Job Requirements

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation
• City & Guilds 2391 Testing & Inspection (desirable)
• Proven experience working on solar PV and battery storage systems
• Strong background in commercial, industrial, and domestic electrical installations
• Comfortable carrying out rewires, electrical maintenance, and LED upgrades

Solar Electrician Salary & Benefits

• £38,000 - £45,000 per year, depending on experience
• Company van and fuel card provided
• Overtime available
• Working hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm
