Location: Nationwide/Hybrid
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Electric Vehicle + Uncapped Commission + Holiday + Pension + Training + Progression

My client, a leader in commercial Solar PV and Voltage Optimisation solutions, is looking for a Business Development Manager to help drive growth. With offices in Exeter and Leeds, they are committed to advancing the UK's transition to net-zero. As they continue expanding, they seek a motivated and results-driven individual to join their dynamic team.
The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying new sales opportunities within the Solar PV and Voltage Optimisation markets. Responsibilities include generating leads through networking, social media, and sales tools; setting up meetings; conducting discovery sessions; and closing deals. Maintaining a strong pipeline, recording activities in HubSpot CRM, and attending industry events are also key components of the role.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the Commercial PV sector. They should be self-motivated, results-oriented, and proficient with HubSpot CRM. Knowledge of PPA agreements is a plus. If you're a positive, adaptable professional who enjoys building long-term relationships, this role is a great fit.
