Job summary

Sonnedix in London seeks an Asset Manager to own the performance and reliability of a portfolio of solar assets across the UK. You will work closely with the Head of Operations to optimise output, resolve issues quickly, and maximise value while engaging landowners, communities and external partners.

The role blends technical oversight with stakeholder management and continuous improvement, using data tools and AI to enhance asset performance and decision making.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems and asset behaviour.
• Ability to interpret asset data, identify trends, and drive KPI improvements.
• Experience working with external service providers to maintain asset performance.
• Interest in using data, digital tools, or AI to improve asset performance and reporting.
• Ability to investigate technical issues and coordinate solutions to improve reliability.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of performance and reliability of solar assets in the UK.
• Coordinate with O&M providers, landowners, communities and external partners to optimise output.
• Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and KPI tracking.
• Engage with stakeholders to build trusted relationships and ensure aligned delivery.
