Job summary

You will manage client relationships, lead a team of Asset Managers, and coordinate internal and external stakeholders to maximise asset performance and value. Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Engineering, Project Management or similar; significant experience in asset/portfolio management will be considered.
• Experience managing technical operations of solar assets or related tech.
• Understanding of solar technology, asset management, and UK HSE legislation.
• Proven contract management experience with ability to read and enforce contracts.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to identify trends.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for clients and site owners, maintaining strong relationships and delivering excellent service.
• Take ownership of a portfolio of solar assets to deliver contracted services and optimise performance.
• Oversee O&M contracts and drive contractual compliance, renewals, and improvements.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and commercial opportunities to enhance portfolio profitability.
• Lead and develop the Asset Management team, promoting collaboration and best practices.
