Quest Global is expanding its Through Life Support Engineering team in the UK and seeks professionals to advance in their careers. The Software Supportability Manager will work with the ILS client team to strategise and implement support for Products, Systems, and Equipment, focusing on digital resources across hardware, software, firmware, data and networks.

Applicants must be a Sole UK National and eligible for Security Clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or closely related discipline.
• Experience in supportability engineering in a highly regulated industry (e.g., defence).
• Knowledge of hardware, software, firmware, data and network infrastructure for Defence products.
• Experience owning end-to-end support deliverables.
• Understanding of systems engineering principles (requirements management, integration, verification & validation).

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with client ILS team to strategise and implement support for PSE.
• Lead Software Support discipline and IPS activities across the program lifecycle.
• Define software maintenance and through-life support concepts with stakeholders.
• Create software support requirements integrated into system design.
• Produce reports to drive service improvements and capability refresh.
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings and drive projects forward.
