Job summary

Matchtech is seeking an experienced Integrated Logistics Support Manager to join the Customer Support & Services team. Based in Hertfordshire or Bristol, you will lead ILS activities for international customers across the full product lifecycle and influence product design to ensure effective through-life support.

You will manage ILS strategies, ensure compliance with ASD S-Series standards, oversee LSA and spares modelling, and act as the primary contact for customers and stakeholders,

Qualifications

• Experience in an ILS, Supportability, or Through-Life Support role within engineering, aerospace, defence, or complex systems environments.
• Degree-qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant technical discipline.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience supporting bids, proposals, and business development activities.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with delivery against commitments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of ILS strategies and plans aligned with customer and contractual requirements.
• Manage ILS activities across the full product lifecycle from concept to in-service support.
• Develop and maintain Through-Life Support policies and strategies.
• Ensure compliance with ASD standards and customer ILS requirements.
• Oversee LSA, maintenance task analysis, spares modelling, provisioning, and training solutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders on ILS matters.
• Deliver ILS solutions UK and internationally and support bids including cost estimation.
• Mentor and develop ILS practitioners and manage programme risks.
