Job summary

Westcoast Limited in Theale is seeking a Software Operations Administrator on a maternity cover basis. You will provide essential operational and administrative support, processing orders and maintaining records for our reseller network.

The role focuses on accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, while collaborating with Licensing Specialists and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft licensing is desirable, but not essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written communication, grammar and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Processing Microsoft orders accurately, maintaining a target of 99% order accuracy.
• Navigating and working across a variety of vendor portals.
• Setting up contracts and maintaining accurate internal records.
• Proactively chasing outstanding customer orders to ensure timely completion.
• Logging licence change requests and carrying out a range of administrative tasks.
• Managing customer order cancellations in a professional and timely manner.
• Responding to general order enquiries and communicating with customers via phone and email.
• Producing and maintaining backorder reports.
• Collaborating with Software Licensing Specialists and other Internal departments to ensure orders are completed successfully.
• Keeping your knowledge up to date with Microsoft software licensing programmes and processes.
• Reporting directly to the Head of Product.
