Job summary

TagCare, a software development company serving the homecare sector, is seeking a Software and Customer Support specialist in Darwen, Lancashire. You will lead onboarding, deliver tailored training, and support long-term customer success to help clients maximise the value of our SaaS solutions.

You will build trusted relationships, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and develop training content to improve customer journeys. This is a full-time, office-based role, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.

Qualifications

• Experience in software training, communications, account management, or customer success.
• Experience in SaaS (Software as a Service).
• Strong verbal and written communications, strategic planning, and project management.
• Excellent organisational skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Onboard all new clients and guide implementation.
• Deliver training for existing customers and develop training content.
• Review customer journeys and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist clients with a consultative, solution-focused approach to challenges.
• Coordinate with team members and third-party providers to stay on track.
