We’re growing and looking for a Recruitment Sales/ BDM/ Client Solutions Manager – Software Engineering to maximise revenue and expand partnerships across the UK market, working with both legacy and new clients. This role will be based out of office on the South Coast near Havant.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced business development, client solutions, or account management within recruitment or a related sector.
• Proven ability to generate revenue across permanent and contract hiring with a track record of meeting monthly targets.
• Strong relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders across multiple channels.
• Commercial mindset with ability to identify and cross-sell services.
• Attention to detail with CRM data, documentation, and client terms.
• Proactive, growth-oriented attitude and ownership of key accounts.

Responsibilities

• Client development and revenue growth across UK accounts, expanding footprint within customers.
• Key account management and stakeholder relationships with senior decision-makers.
• Partnership creation and cross-selling of develop. products and services.
• Brand building and process excellence to enhance the develop. reputation and CRM hygiene.
