Job summary

Interface Recruitment is seeking a Software / Applications Support Analyst to join a fast-growing UK business in Leeds. You will provide 1st/2nd line support for the main customer management application, load new account purchases and ensure data quality within SLAs, and manage bulk account movements across systems.

You will monitor data, generate reports and work with stakeholders to document business rules, with an eye toward automation of manual tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience using MS Excel for the manipulation of data.
• Experience in a Service/Helpdesk environment.
• Experience in a financial services environment would be desirable.

Responsibilities

• First/Second-line support for main customer management application.
• Responsible for the loading of new account purchases into the main customer management application, ensuring data quality and within the agreed SLAs.
• Bulk account management – according to business needs, agreed SLAs and pre-defined business rules, as needed. Liaise with the business to agree and document business rules.
• Bulk trace systems management – using a variety of applications, according to agreed business needs, SLAs and pre-defined business rules
• Day-to-day management of a key customer communication channels, ensuring quality of data and adherence to deadlines
• Reproduction of customer communication documentation
• Develop an in depth knowledge of the key applications used within the team to enable early identification of issues to provide a proactive approach to a solution
• You will also be responsible for system monitoring & reporting, data analysis & investigations whilst supporting routes to automation for manual tasks.
