Job summary

Contechs Consulting Limited is seeking a skilled Business Support Sales Analyst based in Brentwood, England. This role will focus on providing operational support for sales order fulfilment processes while performing data analysis and driving improvements across product development.

The successful candidate will work on-site at the production plant, with a long-term rolling contract of 37.5 hours per week, including potential overtime. Key skills include SQL proficiency, analytical capabilities, and a foundational understanding of IT systems.

Qualifications

• Basic IT understanding of how systems work and how data is stored and transmitted.

Responsibilities

• Provide business support for Sales Order Fulfilment tools and processes.

• Develop and publish performance metrics for process improvements.
• Coordinate user documentation and support training sessions.

You will be based within the product development team working onsite the production plant who are located in the South East Region of the UK

Position Description:

• Business Support Analyst programming & allocation systems Business Support Analyst
• Responsibilities Business Support for Sales Order Fulfilment Tools and Processes
• Provide operational support to develop and grow the capability of all Marketing Sales & Service users of the Order Fulfilment suite of tools and processes:
• Programming & Forecasting systems: SPCPS, Dealer Wholesale system: Dealer Business Planning, EU Sims, GWS
• Liaison and co-ordination with VOPS IT Team to identify, escalate and chase resolution on application issues affecting Order Fulfilment Business processes
• Develop the capability and knowledge of the Order Fulfilment tools and processes to support Business process improvements
• Optimize the data integrity in the Order Fulfilment and Sales Reporting applications
• Coordinate related User documentation of the listed applications and ensure it is up to date
• Develop and publish performance metrics to support process improvement activities
• Support user training sessions
• Liaison with European Marketing Sales & Service AM and AD organizations
• European Programming Team
• European Forecasting Team
• Material Planning and Logistics
• Manufacturing
• National Sales Companies
• Other Business Units such as AP and MEA

Skills Required:
