Job description

To monitor and demonstrate soft FM contract compliance for the Trust's various PFI contracts.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and oversee the Trust’s interest regarding service and quality outcomes, as detailed in the Project Agreements for Soft FM Services delivered by PFI Service Providers.
  2. Advise and keep updated on service improvements in line with current legislation.
  3. Promote a culture of quality and monitor soft services across all Trust sites.
  4. Ensure statutory requirements and standards are met and incorporated into contracts.
  5. Produce and maintain performance reports on service outcomes and contract compliance.
  6. Validate information provided by the Project Agreement.
  7. Audit and monitor soft services and documentation to verify service provider standards and contract obligations, ensuring a safe healthcare environment.
  8. Support the in-house EFM team at Horton Hospital with service reviews for internal monitoring.
  9. Develop effective communication and collaborative relationships within the Trust and with service providers.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Ensure high-quality provider services meet Trust specifications, contractual commitments, and comply with health and safety legislation.
  • Review, audit, and analyze service provider performance and reports, evaluating outcomes against contractual requirements.
  • Implement remedial actions in cases of noncompliance.
  • Produce monthly reports on service outcomes, failures, and compliance verification.
  • Develop and maintain quality monitoring systems and databases, providing regular reports.
  • Act as an interface between service providers and Trust agencies, resolving service interface issues and fostering good relationships.
  • Establish networks with end-user representatives, including staff, patients, and external bodies, providing monthly summaries.
  • Conduct benchmarking analyses of services and produce related reports.
