Job Overview

To monitor and demonstrate soft FM contract compliance for the Trust's various PFI contracts.

To manage and oversee the Trust’s interest regarding service and quality outcomes, as detailed in the Project Agreements for Soft FM Services delivered by PFI Service Providers.
