Sanctuary Personnel - Social Worker (Safeguarding Team) in Broxbourne

Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Worker to join the Safeguarding Team in Broxbourne.

Salary: £27,741 - £34,728 per annum

Main Duties:
  1. Join the Family Safeguarding Team, working with multi-agency teams on Child Protection and Child in Need cases, including care proceedings.
  2. Collaborate with professionals across children's and adult social work, domestic abuse, sexual abuse, substance misuse, and mental health sectors to address family risks.
  3. Support Public Law Outline (PLO) and proceedings with specialist assessments.
  4. Apply a model of practice focusing on motivational interviewing to effectively help families and keep children safely with their families.
Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent in social work.
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Recent frontline safeguarding social work experience post-qualification.
  • Full driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
