Job Description:

We are recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to join a Complex Safeguarding Team in the Greater Manchester area.

About the team

This team works mostly with teenagers who might be at risk of exploitation and abuse from outside the family home. They work alongside the safeguarding team and police to devise a plan to keep young people safe and reduce harm they may be experiencing.

About you

The ideal candidate will have post-qualifying experience in child protection, children in need, safeguarding, looked after children, or referral and assessment. A degree in Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW). You will also need to be registered with Social Work England.
