Leaders in Care are seeking an experienced Social Worker for a locality court team based in South Wales. You will work with children and families to assess needs, provide guidance, and implement care plans, ensuring welfare and safety at the forefront of decisions.

With 3+ years post-qualification experience, you will join an established and supportive team with a mixed caseload. The role offers flexibility, a loyalty bonus, and a fast-track application process.

Qualifications

• Social Worker with 3+ years post-qualification experience.
• Must hold Social Work qualification and be registered with Social Care Wales.
• Experience working with children and families in care proceedings is preferred.
