Job summary

Hoop Social Work is looking for a Social Worker to join the Community Mental Health Team in Caerphilly on an immediate, 6-month agency contract. You will work across the borough with visits required, driving a car, and some home/offic e-based duties.

Applicants must be a registered social worker in the UK with Social Care Wales or Social Work England, have an enhanced DBS, up-to-date references (3 years), and access to a car for visits within the borough.

IMMEDIATE START

2 Agency Social Workers are required to join the CMHTs in Caerphilly, opportunities available in both the North and South Teams (Rhymney and Caerphilly Town). This contract will be offered as an initial 6 month contract covering AMHP secondment Looking for candidate to start as soon as possible. You will need to be a car driver as you will be required to attend visits across in the Borough. A flexible approach is required, some home working and office work as and when required.

• Duty Rota Assessment Clinic
• Office based
• Care Co-Ordination
• Attend MDT's and ward round

To apply for this role, you will need to hold -

• A minimum of 6 months experience of working in the UK as a registered social worker
• Registration with Social Care Wales / Social Work England
• Enhanced DBS, registered on the update service or be happy to apply for a DBS
• 3 Years of referencing
• Driving license with access to a car
