Job summary

Hoop Social Work is looking for a Social Worker to join the Community Mental Health Team in Caerphilly on an immediate, 6-month agency contract. You will work across the borough with visits required, driving a car, and some home/offic e-based duties.

Applicants must be a registered social worker in the UK with Social Care Wales or Social Work England, have an enhanced DBS, up-to-date references (3 years), and access to a car for visits within the borough.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with Social Care Wales or Social Work England.
• Enhanced DBS with update service or willing to apply.
• Minimum 6 months UK social work experience.
• Driving licence with access to a car.
• Three years of referencing.
