Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role.
• Experience in project management, and delivering strategic plans.
• Experience working with agencies and external organisations to deliver partnership projects.
• Experience delivering community engagement activities and content production across multiple formats.
• Excellent written and communication skills including presentation skills.
• Customer management.
• Budget management.
• A full clean UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage social value commitments for a local area and ensure plans are delivered to meet objectives.
• Provide general communications support for the ECO team and day-to-day contact with Client Officers and Contract Managers.
• Coordinate cross-departmental teams to deliver project work.
• Hire and oversee agency teams / third party service providers as directed by project needs.
• Deliver Education, Communication and Outreach (ECO) activities planned for the contract to meet social value objectives.
