Veolia Group in London is seeking a Social Value Officer to work with Local ECO Managers across Croydon, Kingston, Merton and Sutton. The role focuses on developing and delivering social value projects, including career workshops, work experience, apprenticeships and employment programmes for local residents and students.
You will coordinate volunteer activities, manage community funds and report on contract commitments while supporting campaigns to boost wellbeing, recycling and resilience.

Salary - £32,000-£38,000 dependent on experience plus Veolia benefits. Location - Working across the South London contracts of Croydon, Kingston, Merton and Sutton Hours - 40 hours per week, standard hours are 08:30-17:00, Monday to Friday The team do occasionally work from home, but as this role is engagement focused it is best suited to someone who is based locally and keen to work within Croydon, Kingston, Merton and Sutton, and at our depots in the borough. In the Social Value Officer position you will work closely with the Local ECO Managers and ECO Officers to develop and deliver social value projects. This will include career workshops, work experience, apprenticeship and employment programmes to support local students, residents and vulnerable groups to find meaningful careers.
