Job summary

Ailsa Care Services is seeking a Care Assistant to deliver person-centred care to older adults in their homes across Falkirk and surrounding areas. You will follow grouped visits and structured shifts, gaining a clear rota in advance and working within a local community.

No prior caregiving experience is required as full training is provided. Driving licence and own car are preferred for community-based work; right to work in the UK is required and sponsorship is not offered.

• Must be able to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care to older adults across Falkirk in their own homes.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to older adults across Falkirk helping them regain independence in their own homes.

What We Are Looking For

• Travel Requirements: This is a community-based role, so a full UK driving licence, your own car, and business insurance are preferred but walking runs are available.
• Right to Work: You must have the right to work in the UK. We are unable to offer sponsorship currently.
• Ability to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends
