Job summary

Ailsa Care Services is seeking a Children and Young Adults Support Worker to provide person-centred care across Falkirk and surrounding areas, helping individuals regain independence at home and in the community.

You will perform personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, social visits, and provide companionship. Full training is provided; driving licence and access to a car are required for this community-based role.

Qualifications

  • Full UK driving licence, own car, and business insurance required.
  • Right to work in the UK; sponsorship not available.
  • AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends.
  • No experience needed – full training provided.

Location: Across Falkirk and Stirling (Please note you will be required to work in both areas)

Salary: £13.45 per hour, plus paid Mileage. Additional benefits include Employer pension scheme, Consistent shift patterns and Weekly Pay.

About the Role

As a Children and young adults support worker, you will provide person-centred care to Children and Young Adults across Falkirk and surrounding areas helping them regain independence in their own homes and in the community.

What We Are Looking For
  • Travel Requirements:This is a community-based role, so a full UK driving licence, your own car, and business insurance are required.
  • Right to Work:You must have the right to work in the UK. We are unable to offer sponsorship currently.
  • Ability to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends
