Job summary

Ailsa Care Services in Stirling is hiring a Children and Young Adults Support Worker to provide person-centred care across Falkirk and surrounding areas, helping clients regain independence at home and in the community.

You will perform personal care, meal preparation, light chores, and social visits, with full training provided and no prior experience required. A supportive team, structured shifts, and opportunities to develop skills are offered.

Qualifications

• No previous care experience required; full training provided.
• Right to work in the UK is required; sponsorship not available.
• Travel within Falkirk and Stirling area; driving licence desirable, not required.
• Experience with medication or epilepsy is desirable but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care to children and young adults.
• Assist with meals and basic cooking.
• Help with light household tasks and errands.
• Offer social visits and companionship to support independence.
• Support in community activities and attending college or day centres.

About the Role

As a Children and young adults support worker, you will provide person-centred care to Children and Young Adults across Falkirk and surrounding areas helping them regain independence in their own homes and in the community.

• Personal care
• Meal preparation and basic cooking
• Light household tasks
• Social visits- such as attending college, day centres, shopping etc.
• Companionship and emotional support

No experience needed – full training provided!

What We Are Looking For

• Travel Requirements: This is a community-based role, driving licence isnt required but desirable. If you do not drive, we would need you to be comfortable with taking the service user on public transport.
• Right to Work: You must have the right to work in the UK. We are unable to offer sponsorship currently.
• Experience- Experience with Medication, learning disabilities and epilespsy if desirable but full training will be given.
