Opportunity Details
People in Marketing Growth Hacking are responsible for profitably scaling traffic via content and distribution channels. In addition, you will be responsible for thinking, conceptualizing and end-to-end execution of growth hacks with the objective of generating higher revenues
Growth Hacker will be the first point of contact a new potential client will have with your company when they are seeking information about what you offer. They respond to RFPs and vendors, developing sales in territories that have not bought the company’s type of product line before
What you will do:
Growth Hackers usually develop and implement B2B revenue marketing strategy that outlines KPIs and forecasts direct impact of marketing tactics on revenue for next 6-12 months.
They also drive new initiatives and explore untapped channels, while maintaining a focus on growth and efficiency metrics.
Key Responsibilities
Working with our Marketing Lead, your volunteer role includes:
Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics to ensure growth in lead acquisition through collaboration with external agencies.
Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition (e.g. online advertising, direct mail, out-of-home, affiliate) and conversion rate optimization
Translate ideas to actionable items that deliver business results
Analyze, recommend and lead the implementation of improvement initiatives
Attend conferences and different events representing the company and attracting new leads.
Measure KPIs and prepare the budget for Digital Marketing activities.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Experience in Marketing and Technology (preferred)
Knowledge in consumer electronics and the retail environment (preferred)
Skills and Requirements
Fluent in English
Undergraduate degree or similar education in Marketing.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent record keeping.
Attention to details.
Interest in technology and the ability to quickly learn new products and features
Self-starter with a strong commitment to driving results
Enthusiastic, initiative-taking, and outgoing personality that is comfortable in a competitive environment
Professional demeanor, excellent verbal, and written communication skills
Access to a PC/Laptop and Internet.
In-depth knowledge of SEO factors and key algorithm updates
Hands-on experience with web analytics and A/B testing tools
Domain expertise in UI/UX best practices

This opportunity is suited for a seasoned professional with Marketing experience who focuses on technology. Our company evolves in a niche market; thus, knowledge management in the Virtual Reality and 3D sectors is preferred.
Duration
Ability to commit 2-3 hours per day.
3 months duration. Strict adherence to this working timeline shall be enforced.
