Job summary

Join WTW's Real Estate Practice as a key member supporting Social Housing clients. You will ensure outstanding client service, conduct technical analysis, and manage renewals and mid-term alterations. Qualifications

  • Experience servicing volume business for SME clients in the UK.
  • Broad knowledge of Social Housing insurance products.

Job description

Working within WTW's Real Estate Practice, in this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding client service and support to new and existing Social Housing clients.

The Role:

•Day to day client service, answering queries received directly from clients and other third parties
•Providing advice on cover across all lines of business accessing specialist WTW resources as required.
•Contract reviews
•Actioning mid-term alterations including acquisitions and disposals
•Technical analysis, working with the team to set the renewal strategy, coverage reviews and alternative programme design
•Data review, validation and manipulation
•Applying technical and client knowledge to inform the issuance of the full suite of documentation required to renew / place business within London Market (including Market Presentations, MRC, Endorsements etc.)
•Interpretation and review of quotations, to ensure fit for purpose and meeting client demands/needs
•Negotiation of terms for both renewals and mid-term cover alterations
•Completion of Renewal Reports – applying both technical and bespoke client knowledge to finalise
•Completion of summaries of insurance for all interested parties
•Attendance at key client and market meetings
•Working with clients and insurers to resolve technical and portfolio issues outside of renewal
•Liaison with other divisions/offices of WTW to provide portfolio management for renewal and mid-term requirements

Qualifications

The Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering high levels of client service
• Ability to service ‘volume’ business to SME businesses in the UK
• Skilled at building effective relationships
• Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
• Experience of working with and adhering to processes and systems to support client service
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel
• Broad knowledge of Social Housing insurance products and markets
• Preferably working towards Dip CII or similar
