Job summary

Securitas UK is seeking an experienced SOC Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operation of the Security Operations Centre in Waltham Cross. You will guide a team of operators, drive performance, and ensure top-tier service delivery across ARC, Communications and Dispatch.

The role requires strong leadership, a valid SIA licence, CCTV licence, and a proven track record in SOC or data centre environments, with excellent English communication and a robust work history in the UK.

Qualifications

• SIA licence is essential for the role.
• CCTV licence is required to operate in the security domain.
• Demonstrated managerial experience leading a team.
• Experience in a SOC or Data Centre environment preferred.
• Candidate must be reliable and trustworthy.
• Must have the right to work in the UK with a verifiable 5-year history.
• Team player with collaborative mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of customer service operators with a culture of excellence.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of SOC functions (ARC, Comms, Dispatch).
• Be accountable for KPIs and ensure high performance and service.
• Maintain high standards in SOC operations.
• First escalation point for internal/external complaints, prepare responses.
• Provide evidence-based reporting and identify causes; propose solutions.
• Cover for absences of operational supervisors as needed.

Responsibilities

Job Description

• Lead and manager a team of customer service operators, fostering a culture of excellence
• Maintain a comprehensive operational knowledge of all SOC functions, especially ARC, Comms and Dispatch
• Be accountable for KPIs, ensuring all operatives are managed to achieve outstanding performance and service
• Ensure the highest standards are maintained in SOC operations
• Be the first point of escalation for internal and external customer complaints, preparing responses and escalating serious matters to the SOC Manager
• Support management by providing evidence-based reporting, identifying causes and proposing solutions to barriers to excellence within the SOC and company wide
• Support and stand in for absences of operational supervisors as needed
