Securitas UK is seeking a Site Supervisor in Plymouth to lead security personnel, manage daily operations, and serve as the main point of contact for service delivery and reporting. The role emphasizes upholding our values and ensuring high service standards across a 24/7 operation.
You’ll coordinate patrols, training, and incident handling while maintaining strong client relations and ensuring safety and compliance on site. A valid SIA licence and flexible availability are required.
Location: Plymouth
Pay: £14.00 per hour
Hours: 12-hour shifts (6am-6pm / 6pm-6am), including days, nights, and weekends
Shift Pattern: 8 on, 4 off
