Job summary

Allica Bank is hiring an Associate Relationship Manager to manage a portfolio of SME clients in the Birmingham area. You will deliver exceptional service, deepen client relationships, and work with the broader Relationship Management team to meet lending, advisory and risk objectives.

You will develop knowledge of Allica products, build a local network of advisers and professionals, and contribute to campaigns and events while maintaining CRM discipline and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Some B2B sales, account management and SME banking experience is required.
• Experience with lending and analysing financial accounts is beneficial.
• Curious, proactive and keen to learn with a development mindset.
• Confident engaging with customers, advisers and colleagues.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail in handling portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of SME customers with outstanding service and long-term relationships.
• Achieve targets for lending and new customer/deposit acquisition.
• Build external networks with SME advisers and the business community.
• Ensure risk activities are completed on time with high standards.
• Support Senior Relationship Manager and contribute to personal development plans.
• Participate in campaigns, events and lead follow-ups to generate opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure proper activity tracking.
• Collaborate with team and stakeholders to meet client needs efficiently.
