Allica Bank in the UK is seeking a highly capable Relationship Manager and Business Developer to serve established SMEs. You will manage a portfolio, build networks with accountants, solicitors and business organisations, and originate lending opportunities in line with credit policy.

You will deliver the local business plan, maintain excellent client service, and work cross-functionally to provide seamless banking products, including current accounts, loans, asset finance and working capital

Qualifications

• Highly capable Relationship Manager with a track record in building high-value, trust-based relationships.
• Strong understanding of SME banking including commercial lending.
• Demonstrated service excellence and ability to generate income while managing risk.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of SME customers, understand needs and opportunities across Allica Bank products.
• Originate SME lending opportunities from enquiry to completion and write credit papers per policy.
• Deliver the local business plan and personal development objectives.
• Provide excellent service to customers, prospects and advisors and collaborate across teams.
• Contribute to Allica Bank culture and uphold the bank's values.
