Job summary

Siemens Smart Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex building transformation projects across the UK. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams on site, coordinate subcontractors, and drive decarbonisation initiatives that improve energy efficiency and building performance.

You will oversee budgets, schedules and risks while ensuring H&S compliance and effective communication with customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Essential proven experience delivering construction, building services, M&E, energy, infrastructure or sustainability projects.
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems within construction/refurbishment environments.
• Experience managing subcontractors, budgets and on-site delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practice; SMSTS.
• PM qualifications such as AP M, PRINCE2 or PMP.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site activities from mobilisation to commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors and suppliers for efficient delivery.
• Oversee installation of heat pumps, solar PV, EV charging, and BMS integration.
• Manage budgets, schedules, resources, risks and commercial performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements.
• Serve as primary customer and stakeholder contact during delivery.
• Provide regular progress updates and achieve milestones.
• Support deployment of digital solutions to improve building performance.
• Promote continuous improvement and on-site operational excellence.
