Job summary

Siemens Smart Buildings & Sustainability seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead decarbonisation and energy transformation projects across the UK, with home-based flexibility and travel to customer sites.

You will coordinate customers, subcontractors and Siemens teams, delivering projects on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards while boosting energy efficiency and building performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering construction, building services, M&E, energy, infrastructure or sustainability projects.
• Experience managing subcontractors, project programmes, budgets and site delivery activities.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly to project sites across the UK.
• Current and permanent right to work in the UK; visa applications not supported.

Responsibilities

• Lead the safe and successful delivery of sustainability and building transformation projects.
• Manage on-site mobilisation through to commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors and suppliers for efficient delivery.
• Oversee installation of heat pumps, solar PV, EV charging and BMS systems.
• Manage budgets, schedules, resources, risks and commercial performance.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental compliance on all sites.
• Act as the primary contact for customers and key stakeholders.
• Provide regular progress updates and achieve milestones.
• Support deployment of digital solutions to optimise building performance.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence on site.
