Job summary

Siemens Smart Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead decarbonisation and energy transformation projects across the UK. The role combines home-based work with travel to customer sites, coordinating teams and technologies like heat pumps, solar PV, EV charging, and BMS to deliver on time and within budget.

You will manage safety, quality and stakeholder relationships, driving continuous improvement while supporting digital solutions for smarter buildings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering construction, building services, M&E, energy, infrastructure or sustainability projects.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practice.
• Experience managing subcontractors, programmes, budgets and on-site delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the safe and successful delivery of sustainability and building transformation projects.
• Manage on-site activities from mobilisation to commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors and suppliers for efficient project delivery.
• Oversee installation and integration of heat pumps, solar PV, EV charging and BMS systems.
• Control project budgets, schedules, resources and risk; ensure quality and compliance.
