Job summary

Siemens Smart Infrastructure in the UK is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a portfolio of building decarbonisation and energy transformation projects across the UK. The role is home-based with travel to customer sites, primarily Chester and Bristol, offering the chance to deliver high-impact projects that improve energy efficiency and building performance.

You will manage on-site delivery from mobilisation to handover, coordinate internal teams and subcontractors, oversee budgets

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering construction, building services or sustainability projects.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practice.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead the safe and successful delivery of sustainability and building transformation projects.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage budgets, schedules, resources and commercial performance on projects.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.
