Qualifications

• Background in Electrical, AV, Networking, IT, Controls or Security.
• Practical technical experience.
• Confident communicator with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to installation partners.
• Advise on system design, installations and product applications.
• Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of partners.
• Help partners design, quote and deliver projects.
• Extensive product training and international training programme.
