Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Technical Sales Representative for a field-based role covering the Reading region. You will manage existing accounts, generate new business opportunities, visit construction sites, and provide technical and product support while developing your own client base.

The ideal candidate has sales experience in construction equipment, plant, tool hire or a related industry, with strong communication and relationship-building skills, and a full UK driving licence.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Managing and developing existing customer accounts
• Generating new business opportunities across the region
• Visiting construction sites and meeting customers
• Identifying opportunities through leads and market information
• Providing technical and product support to customers
• Managing sales administration and account activity
• One day per week completing administration from the branch
• Covering the Reading territory
